Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (1993 RFRA)
in June, 1997. Inspired by
consultation with the national Native American leaders and passed
and signed into law September, 1993
by President Bill Clinton; the RFRA
protected minority ethnic groups and minority religions as the
Native
American Church and Rastafarians from religious persecution and
human rights violations.
1.) July 4, 1997 the Second
Annual BRCA, Inc. Conference at
Compton Junior College,
Compton, CA. headlining Dick
Gregory sabotaged by Cell Tech, Inc., campus officials
and bank personnel.
2.) November 8, 1997 delivered
Sustainable
Agro-Forestry (SAF) Garden Model to State
of the
World
Forum/Sustainable Agriculture Round Table in San Francisco,
CA. where its international
chronic poverty abatement characteristics
were highlighted supported by $7,000 scholarship from
the Rudolph Steiner Foundation.
Note:
George W. Singleton is warned that announcing a chronic poverty
abatement model
at
the prestigious State of the World Forum
would attract socio-political economic
harassment which is acknowledged
but ignored by Singleton who fully participates
as
planned.
3.) November 11, 1997 the Claremont
Resort and Spa in Berkeley, CA. Fund Raiser of BRCA,
Inc. again
headlining Dick Gregory with the future
civil suit and phony deed
initiator Edward Rogell in
attendance as guest of honor sabotaged
by Cell Tech, Inc. and Berkeley, CA. Pacifica Radio staff.
4.) November - December, 1997
the BRCA, Inc. mobile office impounded
30 days illegally by CA. Highway
Patrol from "administrative
errors" leaving Singleton stranded without transportation.
5.) February - March, 1998 the
BRCA, Inc. Founding Director George
W. Singleton held for 3 weeks in
Craig County, OK. Jail and BRCA,
Inc. mobile office again impounded, on DUI Charge
on the
medicinal Mullein and culinary Rosemary
herbs after "Racial Traffic Profile Stop" and
false speeding
charge never ticketed by OK. Highway
Patrol.
Note:
The Mullein and Rosemary herbs mistaken for marijuana by the
OK. Highway Patrol
were field tested for marijuana and were properly
identified as not being marijuana.
However,
the Assistant DA insists on charging Singleton on a dubious DUI
Charge.
6.) July, 1998 the State
of the World Forum/Sustainable Agriculture Round Table coordinator
indicates
there would not be another $7,000
scholarship from the Rudolph Steiner Foundation to attend the
1998 State of the World Forum
unless BRCA, Inc. Founding
Director George W. Singleton denounces
his Rastafarian Religion, cuts
his locked hair and abandons his nationally announced Craig
County,
OK DUI Charge Jury Trial
defense.
7.) September
1- 2, 1998 Craig County, OK. Mullein and Rosemary DUI Jury Trial
of George W. Singleton
assisted
by 3 pro bono lawyers ends in "lack of evidence"
dismissal before jury deliberation where
Prosecution
deliberately omits testing for marijuana in the OK. State Police test of the defendant's blood
and instead
lamely uses Webster's Dictionary on the Rastafarian
use
of marijuana.
Note: Knowing
his blood would test negative for marijuana the Craig County,
OK.
Assistant
DA declines to pay the OK. Highway Patrol lab fee to test Singleton's
blood
for marijuana and instead options to violate Singleton's human
rights and
infer
a use of marijuana using Webster's Dictionary.
Note:
This trial will effectively block government and private grants
from funding
Singleton's poverty abatement work although he was
found not guilty. This
funding blockage is finally overcome with the 2007
European Union Humanitarian
Grant (EUHG) gift to pay the fee
and award to George Singleton for $2,900,000.
8.) The
pro bono lawyers announce at the September 2, 1998 Press
Conference following the
Trial that a $2,000,000 Civil Rights
Section 1986 based federal civil suit would be filed in
Tulsa OK on Monday, September
5, 1998. However, by that Monday the pro bono
lawyers withdraw the Civil Rights
Section 1986 based federal civil suit citing
local socio-political economic
power that threatens to cancel legal contracts.
9.)
September 12, 1998 the Tulsa OK. based civil rights lawyer enrolled
by the 3 pro bono
lawyers declares that after
complete analysis the Prosecutor and all involved were
immune and drops the Civil
Rights Section 1986 based federal civil suit case.
Note: Inference is made
to "secret" executive orders and internal regulations
between
the US/DOJ Secretary and its FBI and
DEA Departments allowing immunity of law
enforcement agents in the "Drug War"
in regards any violations of human and civil
rights
of a Rastafarian or pseudo-Rastafarian dreadlock coiffured person.
Note: Singleton announces $2,000,000 pro se
federal civil rights suit to national press.
10.)
September, 2000 federal and OK and
VT. law enforcement staff conspire to defame
BRCA,
Inc. Founding Director George W. Singleton
as setting up a bomb to harm companion
Ahmada
Althea Person. Ms. Person approached by VT. law enforcement to
inform on any
illegal
activity of Mr. Singleton in order to stop Singleton's pro
se federal suit against Craig
County,
OK. and the federal government.
11.) January - August, 2001 BRCA,
Inc. Founding Director George
W. Singleton arrested and
put on trial for phony domestic violence charge against
Ms. Person which is eventually
dismissed
for lack of evidence.
12.) March 2002 the Rudolph Steiner Foundation rejects
the third proposal from BRCA, Inc.

Agro-Forestry Garden Model RD & D
citing
the legal
troubles of Founding Director George W. Singleton in the 1998

state government institutional racism and human rights violations

proposed to purchase the 6030 Iona Road, Indianapolis, IN. 46203
property in lieu of the loss of the
BRCA, Inc. "A New Light Beginning"
Monastery and Headquarters at 6135
Riverview Drive,
Indianapolis,
IN. 46208 in order to continue to showcase appropriate "sustainable economic
development" based alternative
energy, housing, educational, entertainment, food production and
distribution, cottage industry and agro-forest gardening, water
and environmental management
technologies.
Additionally, as
the "OGOPMAC
Festival" Press Conference Press Release
states the now
deceased (b. 4/21/1924 and d. 1/13/2010) 85 year old BRCA, Inc. Benefactor
and 39 year owner of
the 6135 Riverview Drive property in question Sarah
Louise Ervin Hall had been cruelly denied
her
retirement home and investment property and should be compensated
by her accommodation at the
proposed to be purchased 6030 Iona Road, Indianapolis, IN. 46203
property.
The proposal is called the Iona
Springs SAF Garden Enterprise Development Proposal and it contains
a summary of the illegal takeover of the BRCA, Inc. Monastery and Headquarters
upheld by the
Indiana Supreme Court without an appeal allowed.

irrefutable documentation of the phony deed cited in this Proposal used
to illegally confiscate the "A
New Light Beginning" Monastery and Headquarters of BRCA, Inc. 6135
Riverview Drive, Indianapolis, IN. 46208 see the ABP

George W. Singleton's Step-father Mack
Hall, Jr. and his Mother Lousie E. Hall who were principal benefactors

Clearly, could there be an appeal allowed without finding the Superior Court V Judge Gary L. Miller
's
decision to confiscate the 6135 Riverview Drive property in question
___ a property previously taken
from Louise Hall by the Probate Court in error ___ as a more grievous
error made with "extreme
prejudice?" NO!
It will be hard for lawyers,
law students and social activists to believe that the errant BRCA, Inc.
ex-Treasurer and Trustee and rental
property heir Edward Rogell (8990 Alamo Creek Road; Santa
Maria, CA. 93454) with money and a clever lawyer Jonathan R. Elrod
(Elrod & Mascher, P.C.; 5329 S.
Emerson Avenue, Suite C, Indianapolis, IN. 46237) could take the
10 year BRCA, Inc. Monastery
Headquarters at 6135 Riverview Drive,
Indianapolis, IN. 46208 with an obvious phony
deed breaking
federal law [interstate transmission of a phoney deed]
that would somehow merit activation of civil suit
proceedings in the IN. Superior Court
leading to a truncated civil suit
trial where Singleton's Pro Se
defense was not allowed an appeal.

Indiana Superior Court Complete Record - Part 4 requests
by Singleton to the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, the
Indiana State Police, US Senator Richard Lugar's Office and the
US Representative Julia Carson's Office to
assist in stopping Mr. Rogell and his Attorney Elrod from
breaking federal law by transmitting a phony deed across state lines to
commit fraud were rejected
because the IN. Superior Court V Judge Gary
L. Miller had found that a civil suit based on this
phony deed
had merit and the case was in civil suit deliberation.
The
Indiana Supreme Court Order instead of taking the high road
in regards the pro se defence of
George W. Singleton denied his appeal based on the technicality
of timeliness of filing of motions instead

in the illegal phony deed take over of the
BRCA, Inc. Monastery Headquarters and retirement abode of Louise E. Hall at 6135
Riverview Drive,
Indianapolis, IN. 46208 including those in the Marion County
Records Department which recorded the
phony deed
in question after the fact have 90 days as of July 1, 2006 where
appropriate to:
1.)
offer payment arrangements for the $350,000 1/4 acre SAF Garden
not compensated
George W. Singleton, Louise E. Hall and their BRCA,
Inc. organization the value
of
which was established in IN. Probate Court; and
2.)
offer a written letter of apology to George W. Singleton, Louise
E. Hall for the series
of Probate Court, Superior Court V, Appellate Court and Supreme
Court errors and
the
Records Department system breach that recorded the phony deed in
question.
Not
withstanding on October 1, 2006 a federal court strategy of action
asking for a full investigation
and prosecution for those involved in the generation, interstate
transmission and recording of the
phony deed
in question will be initiated including:
a.)
federal prosecutor petition to investigate and take action against
those who
generated,
interstate transmitted and recorded the phony
deed in question;
b.)
United States Supreme Court review of the Indiana Court proceedings
on the
basis of 1.) separation of church and state and 2.) initiation
of a civil suit with
an
obvious phony deed; and
c.)
US Federal Court of Claims suit seeking $20,000,000 in damages
from the federal
government
for failure to equally protect its Rastafarian citizens in the
conduct
of its so-called "Drug War" and an additional $10,000,000
in damages
or
the class Rastafarians if included.

to illegally defraud religiously

The measure of a "just
and honorable nation" in the eyes of the Creative Force that originated and maintains

NOT whether it is socialist
(like Sweden and Denmark), capitalist (like Ireland and
Australia), communist (like Cuba and
China); or parlimentary democracy (like Great Britain
and Canada), representative democracy
(like America, Japan and South Korea), a dictatorship (like
Egypt and Zimbabwe), a kingdom (like Saudi
Arabia and Jordan), a communist olicharchy (like China
and North Korea) or what have you
socio-political
economic system; BUT whether the nation in question voluntarily
accomodates equal access to
the weak, the powerless and financially poor to
the human right of sustainable
economic development as do
persons that are politically strong, powerful and
financially rich.

Above is an edited copy of the good and valid
check for $310,000 arranged by the EU/SPB

1/27/2008. It was delivered interstate by USPS Express Mail Service from Florida
to the Indiana
headquarters of BRCA, Inc. This check
was part of the 2007 European Union Humanitarian
Grant (EUHG)
gift to pay the fee of 334,856
Euros ($432,567 usd as of 7/18/2010), which when totally paid
the BRCA, Inc.
will receive its 2007
EUHG award of 1,923,738 Euros ($2,485,084 usd as
of 7/18/2010) and be able to
properly financially implement the "OBP"
ISEDD.
UNFORTUNATELY, BRCA, Inc. because of simultaneous
socio-political economic, religious persecution
and racist
reasons carried out by the USA
government under the cloak of America's
"Drug War" national security; has
again been blocked from receiving its 2007
EUHG gift to pay the fee and award
of over
$3,610,000 from the 27 nations
of the European Union based on the
lie that the check in question was stolen
and
thus fraudulent.
This will force the continued postponement
now for 30 months of the initiation of the BRCA,
Inc.
administered chronic poverty abatement
demonstration of the "OBP"
ISEDD which targets taking over 100
people out of chronic poverty and keeping them
out for life to be funded by the 2007 EUHG
to perhaps
January 1, 2011 or beyond.
The
above e-mail to the BRCA, Inc. Board of Directors, volunteer
staff, sister organizations, donators and
supporters
presents the embedded fax to the FBI both sent on May 11, 2010
specifically to the Indianapolis,
IN. Office of the US/DOJ/FBI (FBI) includes
their inquiry into the possibility
of opening the "cold case"
into what I conclude is
my Father's KKK murder in 1957.
Motivating this belated inquirey is the following dedication

to the memory of my father the humanitarian and civil rights
activist Dr. George W.
Singleton
Jr., MD. murdered in 1957 made to look like suicide by the Ku Klux Klan in Shelby,
North
Carolina, America. This is clearly discerned from an objective
analysis of the Coronor's
Inquest
Investigation Report now "missing" from its county
seat file. I read this file in 1976
in
the home of the Coronor in question. Again the [US/DOJ/]FBI
fails to give my family "equal
protection"
as my Father's missing gun was found days later exactly where
his 4 th degree
burned body was found."
As a pragmatic observer
I have never harbored any serious notion that the FBI
would do an unexpected
thing after 53 years doing
the right thing and open a suspected murder case that they suppressed
at the time
of its perpetration. That
is because of the study of a similar circumstance ___ the assasination
of the
Reverend
Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) __
where additional suspected perpetrators will not be brought
to justice on this
physical plane; i.e. because MLK
too was accused of involvment in adultery with white women
as was my Father.
This demonically obsessional
KKK hatred of black male and
white woman sexual relations stems of course
from the pathological
effects of the slave plantation experience in America on
all involved. The passions of
this insane hatred
were used to motivate the killing of a great Afro-American Civil
Rights leader in 1968 ___
11 years after a closely
similar scenario occurred with my Father. In both cases both
victims were deeply
involved in civil rights
activism and in both cases the FBI
appears complicit.
I came face to face
with the KKK which killed my father
and now after 53 years, much therapy and prayer I
have forgiven them.
Even with an Afro-American
President in the White House the King family will not get satisfaction
that the
FBI
reopen the MLK's murder case to
identify and apprehend the suspected other MLK
assasination perpetrators because
of "national security" reasons.
H. A SYNOPSIS OF THE US "DRUG WAR" EFFECTS ON THE
RASTAFARIAN COMMUNITY
Physically and culturally devastating and genocidal are the
US Drug War effects on America's
Rastafarian communities and leaders. The US
Drug War has especially utilized the repeal of the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA)
in June, 1997 to aggressively target the always small and politically
weak
Rastafarian communities and leaders in America over its use of
cannabis sativa as a religious sacrament. A study
of the US DOJ records will confirm
a significant spiked increase in incarcerated and charged Rastafarians
since 1997.
However, to put this US Drug War
front into historical and cultural perspective it is necessary
to point out that:
a.) cannabis sativa as a religious sacrament has been
used by tribal based cultures of Africa, America and Asia
for millenniums to the point that
it is called "Black Indian Hemp"
in the Indian
Herbology of North America book by
Alma Hutchins;
Note:
It was used by the Rastafarian "School of On" Priesthood
of ancient Egypt as well as in its Nine Bow Nation
confederacy of Phoenicia.
b.) cannabis sativa was grown and used by the American
Founding Fathers including George Washington and Thomas
Jefferson;
Note:
This helps explain Washington's uncanny daily commune with the
tree nature forces, his military
strategy superiority and source of his prophesy including the
coming Civil War.
Note:

thieves at bench where he was working for over an hour awaiting

bridge" in a late night 2:30 am visit accusing him of breaking
the law sleeping on the street.
9.) July 20, 2011 __ George Singleton visits Amsterdam Police
and US Embassy about laptop. Embassy implies it is ready to make
funds available for food, domicle and/or air ticket.
