A. CHRONIC
POVERTY SYSTEMS ANALYSIS DETAILS
The collective weaknesses of the human
race when acted out in the socio-political economic realm
on planet Earth is herein termed "INHUMAN
FASCISM." It is
by this sub-human and savage process that
the "SOCIETAL CANCER" OF CHRONIC POVERTY was
first initiated and is continued to be perpetuated.

political science and its multi-discipline of "political
economics":: For to properly understand and flowchart
CHRONIC POVERTY a holistic approach involving all relevant
disciplines (including but not limited to archaeology, anthropology,
astronomy, biology, business and economics, chemistry, criminology,
dietetics, education, engineering, geography, geology, herbology,
history, horticulture, humanities, jurisprudence, law enforcement,
linguistics, military arts, music and art, philosophy, physics,
politics, psychology, sociology and theology) had to be utilized.
B. INHUMAN
FASCISM AND RACISM
Dedicated
to the memory of my father humanitarian and civil rights activist

Jr., MD. murdered in 1957 to look like suicide by the Ku
Klux Klan in Shelby,
North Carolina, America
as clearly found upon inspection of the Coronor's Investigation
Report
now "missing" from its county seat file.
Again herein "INHUMAN FASCISM"
or "Fascism" is the term used for the collective
"savage" homo sapien weaknesses that
causes CHRONIC
POVERTY. This concept is esoterically
based on the roots of the word "fascinate";
"to bewitch, to enchant, to cooperate on by some powerful
or irresistible influence" (The New Webster Encyclopedic
Dictionary, 1971).
Observe from GRAPHIC 7.0 that the first causal category
"Improper Spiritual and Moral Instruction
Causes" is the key causal group.
It is characterized by a refusal, confusion and/or inability
to distinguish between the behavior of humans and "savages."
Thus for example "right from wrong",
"real from unreal" and "truth and untruth"
distinctions are misread and mishandled by "savage"
homo sapiens consciously and/or sub-consciously.
Theologically the Bible's
Genesis mythically describes the first occurrence
of "fascism" when the
savage "Snake" People come to Adam and Eve in their
devoid of poverty paradise
of the "Garden
of Eden" .
Historically the "Snake"
People were known by the people of ANCIENT
EGYPT/KEMIT and Biblically as the savage MAGOG/GOG/SCYTHIANS.
Originally from the Black Sea Crimea
region of the Ukraine; taking the "e"
off "Crimea"
yields the word "Crime",
and a big hint as to the SCYTHIANS'
means of livelihood through raiding, trade in "illegal"
and imorale items ("black market") and other exploitative
practices. Note the Crimea is geographically directly
north of Egypt/Kemit.
The cannibalistic, raiding and animal herding MAGOG/GOG/SCYTHIAN
PEOPLES invaded and settled repeatedly over millenniums the
ANCIENT EGYPTIAN NILE VALLEY or "Garden of Eden" bringing
with them their humus
top soil eroding cattle, goats, sheep, pigs and horses. Symbolically
as expressed in the Bible's Genesis the
"Snake" People boast to Eve that the rules of
the Garden including the "Golden Rule" need not be
heeded. Esoterically the Bible's
Genesis describes symbolically how Adam and Eve in
a Paradise devoid of poverty, are relegated to a life of the
"working poor" in a "Land of Nod/Not" devoid
of prosperity clothed in animal skins as they were now eating
animal flesh as a "pseudo food".
Note that esoterically the Biblical
story of the exile from the Garden of Eden is mythically recording
the beginning of historical CHRONIC POVERTY as ushered
in by "Fascism" and as pioneered by the MAGOG/GOG/SCYTHIANS.
This historical heritage of the "mysterious" Scythians
is continued to this very day; e.g. study the
National Geographic September 1996 article on the
Scythians. Take note
that all references to their cannibalism by the Greek Father
of History Herodotus
are omitted in this article and there is a so-called"mystery"
as to their disappearance from the historical stage.
The British Colonies of America was
founded with "fascism." Thus the nation of the American Republic has struggled to shed
inhuman "fascism." Today America has evolved from a
slave and indentured servant based penal and religious heretic
colony to the land of freedom, equality, integrity and prosperity.

in Judiciary Square in Washington,
DC. to
the major architect of this "SECRET
FASCIST GOVERNMENT in AMERICA" Confederate
Brigadier General, journalist and lawyer Albert

Veterans of the Civil War resisted monument was established
finally by vote of the US. Senate within 3 weeks of the NY. World's
Fair assassination of President William
McKinley by his successor President
Theodore Roosevelt in 1901.
Albert Pike's notorious historical
"fascist" activities in this regard are documented

There are many upstanding American
Scottish Rite Freemason Northern Jurisdiction citizens
who deny vigorously that this monument to Albert Pike, the controversial
leader of the Scottish Rite Freemason Southern Jurisdiction in
Judiciary Square; is a tribute to the notorious Ku Klux Klan

to dismantle the Albert Pike Monument by Executive Order including

N.J.; and Buffalo, NY. and a city in the USA Territory of Puerto

For "national and personal security" reasons
President Bill Clinton declined these petitions to dismantle
this "monument to terrorism" the Albert
Pike Statue in Judiciary Square,
Washington, DC. by Executive Order.
For those who do not get it just who Albert
Pike was just answer for yourself why
he is the only Confederate Civil War officer with a National
Monument in Washington D.C.; i.e. why does not General
Robert E. Lee have such a monument or Stone Wall Jackson? Why
would a sitting president of the United States of America be
unwilling and unable to dismantle the Albert
Pike National Monument by Executive Order? Because of
the assassinations and civil unrest that would ensue from the
ultra-right wing forces of the "SECRET FASCIST GOVERNMENT
in AMERICA."
Until November 4, 2009 with th Barack
Obama Presidential win as long as this "monument to
terrorism" remains standing protected by the US Federal
government every citizen of America was in jeopardy from this
"SECRET FASCIST GOVERNMENT in AMERICA" as the
bazaar, preventable and controversial terrorist events of September
11, 2001 at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon
reflect and the continued failure to construct proper levees
around the city of New Orleans, LO. ironically attest as a city
on record in protest of this "SECRET FASCIST GOVERNMENT
in AMERICA".
Consequently, defacto terrorism in the form of abject
poverty; infanticide, genocide, racism; rape, clitororectomy
(surgical removal of the female human clitoris) and economic
exploitative sexism towards women and girls including prostitution
and sexual slavery; the exploitation of the youth and elders
and prisons and jails where male "anal intercourse"
is promulgated are the cornerstone of the fascist socio-political
economic orientation that views reality through the Maltusian
"Scarcity Mentality" and Darwinian
"Theory of Natural Selection."
Thus it is no coincidence
that the Albert Pike Statue National Monument set up in 1901 over
the opposition of the American Veterans
of the Civil War is situated in Judiciary
Square in front of the United State of America Department of
Labor (USDOL) headquarters in Washington, D.C. which although
challenged annually by the US Congressional
Black Caucus refuses to abrogate its strategic
and tragic policy that "full employment
is 6% unemployment."
This is an "Institutional racist"
policy because it allows
multi-generational chronic poverty conditions
in the inner cities and rural poverty enclaves in America; where
50% of Afro-American males are unemployed, under-employed, and
65% of Afro-American males will have jail and prison records
in
their lifetimes. Of course these people are not included in the
most detailed USDOL labor statistics
as they have stopped looking for work.

major architect was the Confederate Brigadier General, journalist
and lawyer Albert Pike can be analyzed

to 1800: 24 years

The founding Fathers of America without exception were
Pre-Scottish Rite Freemasons

economy significantly
supported financially in 1996 by the President
Bill Clinton in office from
1992 to 2000 was in a large part
his answer to the problem of the Albert

of chronic poverty in America affecting
1/4 of America's population and in the world affecting 1/2 of
the world's population.
After
a near miss in 2004 by a hurricane the 2005
Katrina Hurricane damage of New

The Institutional Racism of the SECRET
FASCIST

the American relief response as it lets 30,000
poverty stricken people languish 14 days in filth and death at

Consequently the 2006 six (6) hour documentary by movie director
Spike Lee on
HBO
into the cause(s) of the bizarre 2005
Katrina Hurricane response in New
Orleans, LO. could not find a better
answer than our answer that the SECRET
FASCIST GOVERNMENT in AMERICA wanted
to quiet its biggest critic the
city of New Orleans, LO.
Afro-American community which in 1992 lead the
demand for President Bill Clinton to dismantle
the Albert Pike National
Monument
to KKK domestic terrorism.
In 2006 the people of Great Britain staged
public unrest acts that closed the
House of Commons several days. The cause of this protest was
the suspicious
circumstances
surrounding the "suicide" of the GB government's "weapons of
mass destruction" expert
right after he confirmed that the excuse by Great
Britain and America to declare their internationally unpopular War on Iraq in
2005
was phoney. By 2007 the Labor Party

Afghanistan and Iraq; a 2 trillion

Monetary Fund (IMF) lead "controlled" financial "mini-depression"
that halted

credit for 2 months in America costing
another 2 trillion dollars to
resolve
during the 2008 American Presidential
election debates; made history
and for
the first time ever elected an Afro-American as their President.

suburban citizens of the American

and bad weather over 75 % of its land area.
This planet earth's "upside down and off axis"
based dysfunction set into effect by humans deciding to "unnaturally
eat animal meat for food" is further compounded by the subsequent
actions of a core 5%
of the people of any given nation (socio-political economic system)
who characteristically economically exploit through monopolistic
actions and hoard 95% of the "means of production resources"
(for example land and building real estate, cash, precious metals
and other natural resources, lines of credit, patents and copyrights,
licenses, etc.).
Most of these business elite monopolists
acquired their initial capitalization through the pirate and
organized crime activities of black market cartels; organized
drug, sex and child labor operations and monopolistic business
practices. Most of these so-called elite and privileged humans
have an unbalanced spirituality and moral education. They are
taught a "scarcity mentality" and "competitive
craving" to exploit the weak, misinformed and infirm of

The connection of CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

denial and neglect of this reality by all levels of government
and philanthropic organizations. Poor nutrition
is a causative factor for juvenile and young adult crime; associated

Poor nutrition is a causative factor in alcohol and drug

in individual, family and community dysfunction, depravation
