A. SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCES CURRICULUM (SLSC) AND        EDUCATION

Physics Professor Roy Rustim of Pennsylvania State University has concluded that ANALYTICAL OR REDUCTIONIST SCIENCE IS AT AN END OF PRODUCING ANY SIGNIFICANT NEW DISCOVERIES, AND MONO-DISCIPLINARY SOLUTIONS HOLD NO PROMISE for significant improvements to the world's problems. Professor Rustim identifies Holistic or Synergistic Sciences based on Multi-Disciplinary Approaches most especially represented by the Alternative/Holistic Health movement, as holding the most promising possibility for new discoveries and meaningful world problem solutions. It is the BRCA/Hope LA-USA Project's contention that within the holistic Organic Food Production movement, the companion multi-disciplinary approach of Alternative/Holistic Health; lies the the answer to Chronic Poverty.

"SUPER TREE" PAULOWNIA GROWING 15 FEET PER YEAR UNTIL MATURITY: THE BACKBONE OF THE MODERN SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST DESIGNED BY THE BRCA/HOPE LA-USA PROJECT, IN 10 YEARS GIVING LIGHT HARDWOOD LUMBER HARVEST AT UP TO $3000/TREE, FIXING NITROGEN FROM THE AIR, PRODUCING 3 LOGS FROM THE SAME VERTICAL ROOT SYSTEM AND BLOSSOMING 6 WEEKS A YEAR STARTING AT YEAR THREE

GRAPHIC 9.0 above presents the "Super Tree" Paulownia in bloom. This tree is the backbone of the modern Sustainable Agro-Forest (SAF) Garden researched and developed by the BRCA/Hope LA-USA Project Inc. The SAF Garden is a multi-disciplinary solution to the world's CHRONIC POVERTY.

Please note that the BRCA, Inc.'s research and development into the cause of and possible solutions to CHRONIC POVERTY has revealed that ANCIENT EGYPT/KEMIT'S great prosperity, wealth and longevity was generated from SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY (SAF). In fact the Garden of Eden, the aboriginal human enterprise described in the Bible, was itself a SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST (SAF) Garden. The ANCIENT EGYPTIAN MYSTERY SCHOOL OF ANNU (ON) taught and used the SAF Garden Technology, and this reflects its unparalleled command of what today is called holistic SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCES.

Note that the Biblical Moses was trained at the ANCIENT EGYPTIAN MYSTERY SCHOOL OF ANNU (ON) and Moses wrote the Bible's Penteutuch (first 5 books) in Egyptian Hieroglyphics. His description of the ABORIGINAL SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST named the Garden of Eden in the Bible's book of Genesis story of Adam and Eve is not coincidental but embodies ancient scientific meta-knowledge.

Consequently, a renewal of the holistic and multi-disciplinary educational systems as developed by the Ancient Classic Civilizations like the ANCIENT EGYPTIAN MYSTERY SCHOOL OF ANNU (ON) is in progress all over the world. The goal is to teach Human Values as opposed to homo sapien values via SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCES, graduate advanced humans and demonstrate viable Sustainable Socio-Ecological Political Economic constructs.

Electrical Engineer (MS from University of Illinois), Comparative Religion author and Science of Spirituality, Inc. Director Sant Rajinder Singh Ji presented such a holistic and multi-disciplinary educational system "action plan" to the 50 th Anniversary United Nations Celebration in a 1996 talk entitled VISION OF THE NEW MILLENNIUM: GLOBAL PEACE THROUGH MEDITATION.

JUNE 21, 1972 OPENING DAY CEREMONY OF THE MANAV VIDYA MANDIR (HUMAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER") IN THE DOON VALLEY OUTSIDE NEW DELHI, INDIA UNDER THE DIRECTION OF SANT KIRPAL SING JI (PHOTOGRAPH FROM "TOWARD THE NEW EDUCATION" BY SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI, KS PUBLICATIONS)

GRAPHIC 9.1 above shows the June 21, 1972 Opening Day Ceremony at SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI'S MANAV VIDYA MANDIR OR "HUMAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER". On June 21, 1972 the New Delhi India based government career bureaucrat, Comparative Religion author and International Spirituality Leader SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI dedicated his MANAV VIDYA MANDIR or "HUMAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER". On this occasion he outlined his MANAV KENDRA EDUCATION SCHEME which is such a Socio-Ecological Political Economic construct.

In this Opening Day Dedication Treatise entitled "TOWARD A NEW EDUCATION" SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI presented his MANAV KENDRA SCHEME and its four objectives in teaching young students.

"THE YOUNG SHOULD:

(i.) STRIVE AFTER THE IDEAL OF SACRIFICE AND NOT EMOTIONS;

(ii.) BE SIMPLE, FOR SIMPLICITY IS STRENGTH;

(iii.) LEARN TO COOPERATE WITH ALL, AND NOT LET DIFFERENCES IN CREED OR POLITICAL OPINIONS STAND         IN THE WAY OF SOLIDARITY;

(iv.) ACCEPT THE CREATIVE IDEAL, WHICH REGARDS HUMANITY AS ONE AND SERVICE AS THE END OF ALL         KNOWLEDGE.

TEACHERS SHOULD TRAIN STUDENTS IN THE SPIRIT OF SYMPATHY AND LOVE,
BLENDING INFORMATION WITH INSPIRATION AND KNOWLEDGE WITH LOVE."
("TOWARD THE NEW EDUCATION", SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI, KS PUBLICATIONS)

SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI specifies in his MANDAV KENDRA SCHEME that the ideal environment
for teaching SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCES and thus the ideal location for such a HUMAN DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL should be in a GARDEN.

"IN THIS PROCESS, THE SITUATION OF THE SCHOOL ALSO PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE. THE GERMAN WORD KINDERGARTEN IS QUITE SUGGESTIVE IN THIS CONTEXT. KINDER MEANS CHILD, AND GARTEN GARDEN, INDICATING THAT EVERY SCHOOL SHOULD BE SITUATED IN A LOVELY SPOT OF NATURE.

IN ANCIENT INDIA, EVERY ASHRAM WAS A GARDEN OF NATURE." ("TOWARD THE NEW EDUCATION", SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI, KS PUBLICATIONS)

Observe that SANT KIRPAL SINGH JI points out that the ANCIENT INDIAN "ASHRAMS" or ANCIENT INDIAN MYSTERY SCHOOLS, which were analogous to and in communication with the ANCIENT EGYPTIAN MYSTERY SCHOOL OF ON (ANNU); were all located by definition and by necessity within Gardens.

The fact is that Nature is a manifestation of the COSMIC LIFE PRINCIPLE the ANCIENT
EGYPTIANS called the ANNU KHET written with the circular cross hieroglyph.
Thus a Garden
reflects the ideal therapeutic, instructional and learning environment for the healing of inhuman
injuries and aberrations of students and the teaching of advanced human beings.

This inspired BRCA, Inc. to develop the SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCE CURRICULUM (SLSC)
in 1982 which has been tested successfully on the Navajo/Dine' Indian Nation, in the Los Angeles CA. Unified School District (John Hope Continuation High School), in the Los Angeles County CA./Department of Probation (Camp Holton Youth Detention Camp and High School) and in the Houston Texas Unified School District (Terrell Continuation Middle School).

SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCE CURRICULUM: "HARD SCIENCES SUB-CURRICULUM" AGGREGATE __ 1 0F 3 SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCES EPISTEMOLOGICAL CHARTS

GRAPHIC 9.2 above presents the "Hard Sciences" Epistemological Aggregate of the
SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCE CURRICULUM (SLSC). As a bi-disciplinary or binary course curriculum it uses "Biological Gardening and Orcharding (Biological Horticulture)" as the core to
each binary discipline course. For example combining "Human Physiology" with the "Biological Horticulture" core yields the SUSTAINABLE LIFE SCIENCE course of study of "Physical Disease Prevention". Learning is facilitated with hands on practical horticultural experiences in the
"laboratory of the garden", where multi-media computer software with source books are the
foundation to teach the "4 R's" (Reading, wRiting, aRithmatic and Reason).

The SLSC is designed especially for CHRONIC POVERTY exposed inner city, rural, "Third World"
and low reading skilled students. The SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST is the laboratory
environment within which the "Classroom" and the means to connect students to the healing and
applied science instructional forces of Nature can easily be achieved.

ASSET DEVELOPMENT
MODEL is the
5 KEY SAF ELEMENTS III, IV, V, VI, & VII ALL INTEGRATED ON ONE PIECE OF LAND which ensure the success and awesome productivity of SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY (SAF).

i.) INTENSIVE VERMICULTURE (HIGH DENSITY EARTHWORM CULTIVATION) AND RESULTING
EARTHWORM FECES FERTILIZATION BASED HUMUS HORTICULTURE, HIGHLIGHTING
RECYCLED GREEN WASTE HUMUS SOIL PRODUCTION RECORDED IN 1949 BY UNITED STATES
              DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (USDA)
AT AN ANNUAL PRODUCTION OF 2,000,000 TO 240,000
POUNDS/ACRE OF HUMUS IN THE NILE RIVER VALLEY WITH AT LEAST IDEALLY 2,500
EARTHWORMS PER CUBIC FOOT OF SOIL.

ii.) DOUBLE AND TRIPLE DUG DEEP PLANTING BEDS RECORDED PRODUCTION AT UNIVERSITY

iii.) BIOLOGICAL HORTICULTURAL TECHNIQUE AVOIDING CHEMICALS AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS
IN FERTILIZATION, WEEDING, INSECT FUNGAL/VIRAL/BACTERIA CONTROL ___ SO-CALLED
"ORGANIC" FOOD PRODUCTION DETERMINED EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT BY THE NATIONAL
             ACADEMY OF SCIENCES IN 1988.

NOTE: ACCORDINGLY US PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON ISSUED AN EXECUTIVE ORDER IN 1993
DIRECTING THAT  75% OF AGRICULTURE CHEMICALS BE ELIMINATED FROM USE BY
THE YEAR 2,000. THESE CHEMICALS AS RACHAEL CARSON WARNED IN HER
SILENT SPRING (1962) BOOK ARE CARCINOGENIC ACTING TOGETHER IN ADIPOSE
(FAT) TISSUE. THIS GOAL WAS NOT MET BY 2000.

A BILL MOYER'S PBS FRONT LINE SHOW REVEALED THAT HE HAD OVER 140
CARCINOGENIC CHEMICALS IN HIS FAT TISSUE. IS IT A WONDER THAT THERE
IS NO USA GOVERNMENT AGENCY LIKE THE EPA SCIENTIFICALLY MONITORING
                         THIS CRUCIAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION DATA.

iv.) THREE TIERED CULTIVATION TECHNIQUE OF INTEGRATED GARDEN, ORCHARD AND FOREST
SITES UTILIZING THE SUPER-TREES PAULOWNIA AND HYBRID (MULTI-STEMMED) POPLAR,

AS WIND BARRIERS, SUN CANOPIES AND BIG CASH CROP CAPABLE OF UTILIZING DESERT,
MARGINAL, STRIP MINED, AND POLLUTED LANDS.

v.) ON DEMAND IRRIGATION SYSTEM INVOLVING TRENCHES AND CANALS FED BY A RIVER,
TEAM, CREEK, LAKE, POND, WELL AND/OR CISTERN FRESH WATER SOURCE WITH
             OPTIONAL AQUA-TERRA HORTICULTURE.

THIS SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY (SAF) GARDEN MODEL IS NOT DEPENDENT ON BOVINE (COW) OR OTHER ANIMAL HUSBANDRY; YET IT ASTRALLY AND CAUSALLY POTENTIZES THE SOIL VIA LABOR INTENSIVE DOUBLE AND TRIPLE DIGGING. SAF RECYCLES PLANT, ANIMAL AND HUMAN WASTES; INCORPORATES NATURAL
COMPANION PLANTING IN A 3 TIERED INTEGRATION OF GARDEN, ORCHARD AND
FOREST PLANTS. SAF UTILIZES FLOWER, BENEFICIAL INSECT, HERBAL AND OTHER NON-CHEMICAL CONTROL OF PESTS. SAF RECREATES NATURAL MICRO-CLIMATES
USING SUPER-TREES LIKE THE PAULOWNIA AND HYBRID POPLAR.

WHY DOES SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY (SAF) HAVE AN UNIQUE ASSET PRODUCING CAPABILITY ANALOGOUS TO THE FABLED GARDEN OF EDEN; MINIMALLY $150,000 ANNUAL GROSS REVENUES AND PROVISION OF 4 JOBS AT $10/HR PER ACRE?

BECAUSE SAF UNIQUELY AND NATURALLY UTILIZES IN SITU SOIL MICROORGANISMS
AND INSECTS TO MAKE THE SOIL AMENDMENT COMPOST AT LOW TEMPERATURES;
THUS ALLOWING SIMULTANEOUSLY INTENSIVE VERMICULTURE TO PRODUCE THE ULTIMATE TOPSOIL LEGALLY AND SCIENTIFICALLY CALLED "HUMUS". THIS UNPARALLELED ASSET PRODUCTION OF SAF STEMS FROM ITS UNRIVALED SAVINGS
OF LABOR, TIME AND CAPITAL TO MAKE   HUMUS SOIL FROM RECYCLED MATERIALS USING HIGH DENSITY EARTHWORM CULTIVATION.

"EARTHWORMS CAN PRODUCE MORE HUMUS (SIC), IN A SHORTER TIME,
WITH LESS EFFORT, THAN ANY OTHER METHOD."

SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST IN CHINA SHOWING "THREE TIER" COMPANION PLANTING OF PAULOWNIA TREE, CORN AND LEGUMES

GRAPHIC 9.5 above shows a classic SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST in the Peoples Republic of China. Note the lattice of "SUPER-TREE" (10 TO 18 INCHES OF ANNUAL GROWTH) PAULOWNIA and "Three Tiered" companion planting with corn and legumes. The PAULOWNIA is a native tree of China. The "SUPER TREE" lattices are important in creating "Umbrella" Micro-Climates protective against wind and climate extremes. The Peoples Republic of China's Ministry of Forestry has developed the Paulownia and Hybrid Poplar Trees and pioneered their use in Agro-Forestry.

In addition the "SUPER TREE" PAULOWNIA is a significant commercial cash crop. After ten years of growth it can provide up to 3,000 cubic feet of a fire retardant (700 degree ignition temperature compared to 350 degree for Pine Wood) fine hardwood. If grown at the standard of 6 tree rings/inch it would be worth up to $1,000/cubic meter or $3,000/tree. It is projected that log homes built of fire retardant "super tree" PAULOWNIA logs will be available in the near future.

PAULOWNIA "SUPER TREES" SHOWING ONE SUMMER'S GROWTH OF 18 FEET AT SAPPHIRE DRAGON NURSERY'S AUSTRALIA FACILITY

GRAPHIC 9.6a above shows the PAULOWNIA and its average 15 feet of Annual Growth qualifying it as a "SUPER TREE". The PAULOWNIA has "landscape" varieties reaching 25 feet in 3 years and "timber" varieties reaching 80 feet in 5 years capable of successful growth in drought and temperate climates. It has varieties capable of growing in all types of climate and soil conditions. Thus there are varieties of PAULOWNIA that can be used to quickly set up favorable micro-climate conditions in desert, semi-arid, temperate and high wind environments.

Australian Chris Lucas of Sapphire Dragon Nursery, Inc. was the first to introduce commercial "Tissue Cultured" PAULOWNIA trees into America in 1992. He received considerable help from the Peoples Republic of China/Ministry of Forestry. CHRIS LUCAS HAS IDENTIFIED AND ANALYZED THE PAULOWNIA'S EXTENSIVE HORTICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL POTENTIAL IN AMERICA. He shared his knowledge of the PAULOWNIA with the BRCA/Hope LA-USA Project, Inc., donating and personally planting 100 of the "SUPER TREES" in our South Central Los Angeles CA. Sustainable Agro-Forestry site.

GRAPHIC 9.6b above illustrates the extremely fast growth of the 1997 planted Paulownia "super trees" after 90 days of growth of 12 feet in Indianapolis, Indiana. The species used here is cold weather tolerable and yet shares the incredible fast growing power of the "hot weather" species shown in the previous GRAPHIC 9.6a Paulownia species grown in Australia. Undoubtedly the nickname "elephant ear" tree identifies part of the reason the Paulownia "super trees" have such a fast growing ability __ the extremely large leaves.

GRAPHIC 9.6 c is a picture of the same Paulownia stand at the Hope Indianapolis Project Site after 3 years of growth in the summer of 2000 already reaching 35 feet in height. With a vertical growing and nitrogen fixing root system capable of producing 3 logs over a specific PAULOWNIA tree's root life; this "SUPER TREE" has unique growing abilities and economic uses that make it ideal as the backbone of a modern SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY TECHNOLOGY. Its fine light hardwood can be used for furniture, crates, musical instruments, arts and crafts, home moldings and kitchen cabinetry to name a few applications. Its nitrogen rich leaves are ideal for animal fodder, and its blossoms are fine for honey production.

This SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST MODEL boasts the following ANNUAL ASSET PRODUCTION AND JOB CREATION STANDARD PER ACRE :

* $150,000 IN "ORGANIC" HORTICULTURAL PRODUCT GROSS REVENUE;

* 4 FULL TIME JOBS PER ACRE AFTER TWO YEARS APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING STARTING AT $10/HOUR;

* AN INITIAL INVESTMENT OF $85,000 NOT INCLUDING NECESSARY NATURAL ORGANIC SOIL AMENDMENTS; AND

* SELF-SUFFICIENCY WITHIN 2 TO 3 YEARS NO MATTER WHAT THE CLIMATIC CONDITIONS.

  D. MODERN SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY AND JOB TRAINING

The incredible job creation power of the SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST MODEL MAKES IT APPLICABLE TO THE ACUTE JOB CREATION NEEDS OF THE WELFARE TO WORK PROGRAMS OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. THE APPLICATION WOULD BE DIRECTED AT TRANSITIONING AND SUPPORTING WELFARE/TANF RECIPIENTS TO FIND AND HOLD MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT IN THE "ORGANIC" HORTICULTURE SECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURE SECTOR. WITH $8,000,000,000 IN SALES IN 1998 AND A 15% ANNUAL MARKET GROWTH EXPANSION; EMPLOYMENT IN THE "ORGANIC" FOOD BUSINESS SECTOR IS OPPORTUNE FOR TRAINING ENTRY LEVEL MODERATELY SKILLED PERSONNEL.

Consequently, the BRCA/Hope LA-USA Project Inc. has established 12 national Welfare to Work Competitive Grant Demonstration Sites directed at assembling the community organizational coalition
and securing the federal grant and matching funds to demonstrate the efficacy of "Organic"
horticulture job creation and training of selected male and female Welfare/TANF recipients up to the
age of 27 years of age in SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY (SAF).

  E. MODERN SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY AND COMMUNITY          REVITALIZATION AND NEW UTOPIAN VILLAGES

The incredible asset producing power of the SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST (SAF) MODEL MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY REVITALIZE EXISTING URBAN AND RURAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH REFORESTATION.

With each acre of SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY (SAF) capable of annually generating $150,000 of "organic" horticultural products and 4 full time jobs per acre; another 4 jobs per acre of secondary jobs can be created by producing NEW UTOPIAN VILLAGES around a strategically sized and located SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST (SAF) reforestation initiative.

(SLSC) in the delivery of horticultural therapy individually and "sustainable economic development" societally in the inner city (urban) community of 46208 Zip Code in
Indianapolis, IN. with Chronic Poverty and urban violence problems especially "black on black"
youth and young adult crime.

Clearly, the SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FOREST TECHNOLOGY is the perennial answer to addressing CHRONIC POVERTY, with such powerful asset production that community renovation, significant job creation and NEW UTOPIAN VILLAGES can be realized and practically sustained; i.e. "sustainable economic development."

     F. BIOLOGICAL CONTROL OF MOSQUITO AND FLY PESTILENCES:
Use in Africa of Sustainable Agro-Forestry (SAF) Gardens for "Biological           Mosquito and Fly Control"

                                                      1. The Problem

With 150,000 children on average dying monthly of malaria in Africa there is a tragic need
for sustainable economic development using sustainable technologies capable of documented significant poverty and pestilence reduction to complement any affordable modular housing to be built for
people of Africa.

Specifically, there is a need for adjunct to housing integrated, sustainable technological subsystems providing opportunities in the world’s fastest expanding industry of "certified organic" food
production complete with biological filtration potable water provision and biological control of fly
and mosquito pestilences. Africa’s tropical forests and arid and semi-arid rugged land; its many lakes, rivers, streams and standing bodies of water and arid hot and humid sweltering weather dictate that
an innovative, sustainable, comprehensive and synergistic initiative encompassing all these needs is
most desirable. This sustainable technological system design must be culturally and environmentally harmonious, prosperity generating, cost effective and cost efficient.

                                                       2. Solution

For every 40 permanent modular housing units built and/or established in the urban, suburban and village areas of rural Africa coordinate the self-funding installation and cooperative operation of a prototype 10 acre Sustainable Agro-Forest (SAF) garden which will minimally produce annually
750,000 pounds of fresh "certified organic" food, potable water for 40 extended families and 80 part
time jobs at 4 hours/day with the technical assistance of BRCA/Hope LA-USA Project, Inc.. This would
be accomplished without agro-chemicals which drain foreign capital exchange and are
environmentally polluting. Instead the SAF garden will use its own locally grown repellent and
pesticidal flower and herbal plants and on location prepared extracts used as repellents, insecticides, fungicides, bactericides and viralicides.

In harmony with the majority of local African cultures, men and older boys will be trained to install
SAF gardens and to maintain the Biogenic Ponds; while the women and older girls will be trained to operate and maintain the SAF gardens.

The first food harvests would begin within 2 weeks of installment from the seed sprouting subunits. The SAF gardens installed would be on land in cooperative land trust, and serve as self-funding prototypes with expansion resources for other people of Africa to replicate.

At the heart of each 10 acre Sustainable Agro-Forest (SAF) garden is a 1 acre Biogenic Pond which 1.) produces irrigation water with "Super Garlic" extract additive acting as a systemic natural generic insecticide, 2.) provides biological filtered quality potable water for 40 extended family homes and 3.) furnishes biological control of mosquitoes and flies in and over the pond water.

3. "Biological Control of Insect Pestilence"

GRAPHIC 9.16

DRAGONFLY (ANAX) NYMPH

GRAPHIC 9.16 above is a picture of the dragonfly (Anax) nymph, one of the "three pillars" of our comprehensive "biological control" of diseases involving flying insects as an infectious vector
including Malaria and West Nile Valley Fever.

As presented in detail above and on Web Page 5 the Sustainable Agro-Forest (SAF) garden model is
based on the aboriginal sustainable integrated garden, orchard and forest horticultural system
cultivated on the same land site with an on-demand irrigation system as used in the Biblical and
legendary Garden of Eden: A river, stream, creek, lake, pond, well and/or cistern irrigation water
source will feed a Biogenic Pond. Where necessary a deep well and solar deep water pump backup on-demand irrigation system will be built. The 10 acre SAF garden model is capable of producing annually a minimal 750,000 pounds of "certified organic" food, while requiring only half (½) the
water where properly installed and operated compared with conventional agricultural methods
presently used in Sub-Saharian Africa.

The SAF garden is cost effective and efficient in that it uses successfully no agribusiness chemical fertilizers, growth enhancers or genetically modified seeds. Instead it would use where available
locally produced in Africa recycled ground deciduous tree leaf vermiculture (intensive earthworm)
based humus top soil generation derived from the sustainable horticultural anthropology of Ancient Egypt/Kemit and the modern works of Charles Darwin, PhD.; Thomas Barrett, MD.; Alan
Chadwick and Clark Ericson, PhD.

The SAF garden is labor intensive and requires fencing to avoid animal and human ground
compaction damage to the deep planting beds and vermiculture humus production beds.

As presented above the SAF garden model has 5 key model components as follows:

1.) Intensive vermiculture (high density earthworm cultivation) in humus production beds using the      "burrowing (gardening) earthworm" the "African Nightcrawler" (Eudrilus Eugeniae) resulting
in earthworm feces or "humus" top soil production from recycled ground leaves as used in the      Ancient Egyptian horticulture along the Nile River Valley.

2.) Double and Triple Dug Deep Planting Beds documented production at the University of
California at Davis (Alan Chadwick) of 4 times the produce with ½ the water usage.

3.) Biological Horticultural Technique of companion planting and natural insect repellent and             pesticidal flowers and herbs including "Super Garlic" and African native Marigold flowers
using no agro-chemicals and animal products in fertilization or in the control of pestilent
weeds, insects, fungus, virus and bacteria; e.g. "organic food production found effective and
efficient by the National Academy of Sciences in 1988.

4.) Three Tiered Cultivation Technique of garden, orchard and forest plants and trees integrated
on one land site using "super trees" like the Paulownia and hybrid Poplar as wind breaks, sun       canopies, flood soil anchors and big cash crop capable of deployment in desert, marginal, strip       mined, periodic flooded and polluted lands.

5.) On Demand Irrigation System involving where necessary deep drilled well serviced by a prototype             solar deep water pump feeding into irrigation Biogenic Pond covered by a mobile solar greenhouse       with: a.) solar water purification and biological filtered pond water subunits for household potable       water preparation; b.) sustainable Emperor Dragonfly (Anax Imperator) Nymph (larvae) raising       water borne mosquito control; c.) sustainably producing adult Emperor Dragonfly air borne       mosquito control and malaria prevention and air borne pestilent fly control; and c.) liquid "Super       Garlic" herb extract irrigation water delivered as an environmentally systemic fly and mosquito       and horticultural pestilent repellent and insecticide.

               (commercial @ $100/unit))

b.) portable activated charcoal and Pi water production filtering units
              (commercial @ $35/unit)

3.) Biological Mosquito and Fly Control of Malaria and Other Pestilences where the
Biogenic Pond provides the proper environment for Dragonfly (Anax) Nymph breeding and
     Dragonfly (Anax) Adult molting.

a.) Certified Specific Africa Appropriate Dragonfly Species ; e.g. Emperor Dragonfly (Anax               Imperator) Nymphs

that together form one of the "three pillars" of our comprehensive "biological control"
of diseases involving flying insects as an infectious vector including Malaria and West Nile Valley
Fever.

In summary, this prototype SAF garden model's system designed for biological control of mosquito
and fly pestilence in Africa is based on sustainable horticultural biology using the Dragonfly (Anax)
and "super garlic (Allium)." It systemically and synergistically brings to bear cost-effectively and efficiently without poisoning the environment the following sustainable biological controls of pestilent insect water borne larvae and flying insect adults i.) the awesome Dragonfly (Anax) "beneficial insect" environmental water nymph (larvae) and air space adult "eradication"; ii.) the garlic (Allium) plant's natural herbal aromatic airborne insect "repellent" and iii.) the garlic (Allium) herbal plant non-alcoholic extract" used as an irrigation water additive and spray applied "repellent" and "insecticide."

This prototype SAF garden model's biological control of mosquito and fly pestilence is applicable not
only in Africa but Asia and North, Central and South America too; i.e. wherever mosquito, fly and
other flying insect infestations are associated with such pestilences as West Nile River Fever in North America. It can be modified to apply to intestinal parasite and tick, flea and mite pestilences.

G. SUSTAINABLE AGRO-FORESTRY (SAF) ENTRY IN UNITED NATIONS      "JOHANNESBURG SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT      2002 SUMMIT" CALL FOR POVERTY REDUCTION      DEMONSTRATION

Ever since BRCA began its 30 years of research, development and demonstrations in chronic poverty reduction we have strived to achieve a "naturally duplicatable, biologically synergistic, human ontologically designed construct" that could significantly contribute to the elimination of chronic
poverty
in America and around the world.

Thus it was with great honor and humility that we announced in December 2002 that BRCA, Inc. had assembled and initiated 5 interrelated Projects in the 4 states of Arizona, New Mexico, California and Indiana as part of its "Hope of Annu Sustainable Agro-Forestry (SAF) Poverty Abatement and Terrorism Prevention Partnership and Demonstration (HASAFPATPPD)."

PROTOTYPE 1 ACRE SAF GARDEN & IRRIGATION POND

The HASAFPATPPD was designed to self-fund, install, operate and document a 1 acre Pinion Pine Nut Tree Sustainable Agro-Forest (SAF) Garden in the Fort Defiance, AZ. portion of the Navajo/Dine'
Indian Nation as the BRCA, Inc.'s entry to the UNITED NATIONS "Johannesburg South Africa Sustainable Economic Development 2002 Summit (JSED 2002 Summit)" call for Measurable And Replicatable Poverty Reduction Demonstrations.

Because of simultaneous socio-political economic, religious persecution and racist reasons carried out under the cloak of "Drug War" legitimacy fully explained on http://hopelausa.org/Page22.html#anchor147825and http://theuniversityofgod.org/Page24.html#anchor578448 BRCA, Inc. has been blocked from receiving USA government or
private foundation funding for its chronic poverty abatement work since 1997.

On March 14, 2007 the 27 nations of the European Union/Special Programmes Body (EU/SPB) funded
the BRCA, Inc. $3,000,000 to implement its state of the art BRCA//"Operation Blackberry Patch ("OBP" International Sustainable Economic Development Demonstration (ISEDD) based on the General Systems Theory generated sustainable economic development system design of the (HASAFPATPPD).

The goal of the BRCA//"OBP" International Sustainable Economic Development Demonstration is to contribute to the necessary "sustainable economic development" process within the United Nations' Millennium Project that over a 25 year period will significantly reduce the Chronic Poverty of 45% of earth's people, i.e. the 2,800,000,000 people living on $2 (USD) or less per day by reintroducing the natural poverty reduction power of Sustainable Agro-Foresty (SAF).
